• LG Signage

  • Open Settings / SI Server Setting
  • In Fully Qualified Domain Name (FDQN) enter app
  • Note, some old models can be installed only through http and https will fail. Replace the above by http in this case.
  • Set Application Launch Mode to Local
  • Set Application Type to IPK
  • Local Application Upgrade / Remote. On some devices first installation may show error and install the app only on reboot
  • Note, auto update is turned ON by default and can be disabled in player Settings / Player / Player Update / Auto Update

• LG Signage (offline install)

  • Download the package app and install from USB according to device manual
  • Note, offline installation can not be be updated from player settings without configuring SI Server as above, download and install new version for updates.
  • If SI is not configured, to prevent update error notifications disable in player Settings / Player / Player Update / Auto Update
